The scholarship may be awarded for active attendance only.
In fully justified cases, the board shell offer a limited number of scholarships.
Applicants from either of the following categories may be eligible.
1. An excellent student with long-term outstanding results. A certificate
issued by the appropriate school is required.
2. A student from a low-income family. The applicant shall submit a certificate
of entitlement to social allowances, or an official proof indicating that the
parents are listed as active job-seekers.
The course fee can be also covered by a third person (sponsor). In such a case,
a contract between the organizer and the sponsor in question shall be enacted.
