Martin Pokorny
has been studying piano playing at the State Conservatory in Brno for three
years. In the class of Mgr. Inna Aslamasova he is currently preparing for the
opening piano recital of 5th year of Antonin Kubalek Piano Courses to be held in
July 2007 in Zlate Hory. He has been selected as one of the awarded pianists in
the internal competition of the 4th year of the above mentioned courses held in
July 2006 in Zlate Hory. He was awarded the prize due to an outstanding interpretation of Fryderyk Chopin's work.
